KLYX Consulting customers — businesses operating across real estate, healthcare, financial services, legal, and home services — collect contact information through their own intake forms, landing pages, and inquiry workflows. SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have affirmatively opted in by submitting one of these forms with the disclosure language shown below visible above the submit button. The example below illustrates the standard opt-in pattern KLYX customers follow.
The following is a representative example of a contact form used by a KLYX customer. The required SMS consent disclosure appears directly above the submit button so consent is informed at the moment of submission.
Each KLYX customer captures consent at the point of form submission. The disclosure language above the submit button informs the recipient that submitting the form constitutes consent to receive SMS messages from the specific business they are contacting. Phone numbers, consent timestamps, and the IP address of the submission are stored as proof of consent and are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS messages are sent only by the business the recipient has contacted — not by KLYX directly, and never by other KLYX customers. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which immediately removes their number from the sending business's outreach list.
