These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, AI voice agent, SMS/text messaging program, and any other products or services offered by KLYX Consulting ("KLYX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, providing your phone number, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
By using our website at klyxconsulting.com, submitting a contact or booking form, providing your mobile number, engaging with our AI voice agent ("Aria"), receiving SMS from us, or otherwise interacting with KLYX Consulting, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These documents form a legally binding agreement between you and KLYX.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are providing information on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
KLYX Consulting provides AI consulting and automation services to businesses, including the design and deployment of custom AI systems, AI voice agents, workflow automation, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work. These Terms govern your general use of our website and communications; they do not replace any signed service agreement, which will prevail in the event of a conflict.
These SMS Messaging Terms apply to all text messages sent or received between you and KLYX. These terms supplement — and should be read together with — the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
KLYX Consulting SMS Program.
The KLYX Consulting SMS Program sends service-related and (for users who have opted in) marketing text messages regarding AI consulting services, appointment confirmations, reminders, inquiry responses, and service updates.
You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages — for example, by checking a consent box on our website, texting a keyword to our number, providing verbal consent, or signing an agreement that includes SMS consent. By opting in, you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) the mobile number you provide belongs to you, and (c) you have authority to give consent for that number. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of the conversation. For marketing recipients, message frequency typically does not exceed a few messages per month. Transactional messages (such as confirmations and reminders) are sent as needed.
Message and data rates may apply. KLYX does not charge a separate fee to receive our messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply based on your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a final confirmation text. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back in, sign up as you did the first time or reply START to an existing thread.

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must have a compatible mobile device with active service on a supported carrier to receive our text messages. KLYX is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or otherwise affected by carrier issues, device problems, or network outages outside our control.
By providing your phone number and consenting to be contacted, you authorize KLYX to place calls to you — including calls placed or received by our AI voice agent, Aria — regarding your inquiry or the services you requested. For marketing or promotional calls, we rely on your prior express written consent as required by the TCPA.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance purposes. Where required by law, you will be notified of recording at the beginning of the call and given the opportunity to decline.
You may opt out of receiving calls from KLYX at any time by telling the representative or Aria on the call, by emailing chris@klyxconsulting.com, or by adding your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor opt-outs in accordance with applicable law.
Aria is an AI voice agent. When interacting with Aria, you understand that you are communicating with an automated system. Aria may identify itself as an AI agent at the start of the conversation. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us, including your phone number and email address. If your contact information changes, you must update us promptly. If you give us a phone number that is later reassigned to another person, you must notify us so we can stop messaging or calling that number. You agree not to provide another person's contact information without their consent.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, the KLYX name and mark, software, and the design of Aria — is owned by or licensed to KLYX Consulting and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use our website, SMS program, voice AI, or any other KLYX service to:
Aria is an AI voice agent and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses. Information provided by Aria is for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLYX Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your violation of the rights of any third party — including claims arising from phone numbers you provide that are not yours or for which you lacked authority to consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, SMS program, or other services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
