KLYX Consulting SMS program

When you opt in to KLYX Consulting text messages, the program may include follow-up about your inquiry and our services, Operations Review scheduling and reminders, and client updates about requested or ongoing services, project progress, and support. We send messages only within the scope of the consent you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and service relationship. Message and data rates may apply.

Joining and your choices

On our contact form, select the separate, optional SMS checkbox before submitting to give consent to the messages described there. The box is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry. Providing a number alone does not give SMS consent. Existing permissions continue to cover only the messages originally agreed to; additional message types require appropriate consent.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email chris@klyxconsulting.com. You may also request an opt-out by emailing us. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment or service agreement.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number. See our privacy policy for how we handle mobile information, messages, and consent records. Updating these terms does not enroll you in new categories of text messages.

Using this website

This website provides general information about KLYX Consulting and construction workflow automation. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access private records, or submit malicious or misleading material.

Information and examples

Workflow illustrations are examples, not live project records or promised results. Website content is general operational information and is not engineering, legal, accounting, or safety advice. Technical and commercial decisions require review by an appropriately authorized person.

Consulting services

An Operations Review request or inquiry does not create a service agreement. Scope, pricing, implementation timing, access permissions, support, and data handling for consulting services are set out in a separate written agreement.

Third-party tools

Software names identify tools used in construction workflows. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or partnership. Integration availability depends on the software provider, account plan, permissions, and technical capabilities. External sites have their own terms.

Website materials and availability

KLYX branding and original website materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party names and imagery remain subject to their owners’ rights. We may update the website and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of information will remain current.
