HOW IT WORKS

A clear process. A useful system.

We start with the way your team works today. Then we build, test, and refine a workflow that belongs in your operation.

01
Operations Review

Scope the investigation first.

We’ll discuss how work moves through your company, identify where to investigate first, and determine the scope of an operations audit.

  • ✓ Discuss how work moves today
  • ✓ Identify where to investigate
  • ✓ Define the scope of an operations audit
02
Audit & scope

Investigate before proposing a build.

After agreeing on the audit scope, we investigate the selected workflows, handoffs, and software access. Findings inform a proposed implementation scope and price; the initial conversation is not a complete audit or a finished improvement plan.

  • ✓ Agreed audit scope
  • ✓ Workflow and access review
  • ✓ Implementation proposal
03
Design & build

Connect the work, with boundaries.

We define what the system can prepare, what needs approval, and how exceptions reach the right person. Then we build into the agreed environment.

  • ✓ Integration and permissions plan
  • ✓ Drafts and review checkpoints
  • ✓ Exception handling
04
Pilot & train

Test it with the people using it.

Your team reviews representative examples before the workflow expands. We include corrections and review time when comparing the pilot with the current process.

  • ✓ Controlled pilot
  • ✓ Team walkthrough and documentation
  • ✓ Agreed measures of success
05
Support & refine

Keep the system useful.

After launch, review real usage and identify adjustments. The support scope and any additional workflows are agreed with you.

  • ✓ Workflow review
  • ✓ Documented ownership
  • ✓ A plan for what comes next
BEFORE YOU START

Know what to expect.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the workflow, integration access, and availability of representative data. We agree on a timeline after discovery, rather than promise the same schedule for every operation.

What do you need from our team?

A workflow owner, a few representative examples, and access to the tools approved for the build. Your team also reviews the pilot and confirms the approval rules.

How is project information handled?

We review access and data requirements before implementation. Use only the access necessary for the agreed scope, and document any third-party processing and retention requirements in the service agreement.
