Back-office systems for drywall & framing subs in Las Vegas, Nevada.
KLYX works remotely with Las Vegas commercial drywall and framing subcontractors. We connect field changes, RFIs, finish records, bids, and equipment assignments around the work your team actually performs. Start with an Operations Review before choosing a system or committing to an implementation.
Book an Operations ReviewA market where the next phase matters.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority describes the Convention Center renovation and changes to its halls, lobby, and interior circulation. Convention facilities are a specific example of the large, phased commercial environments a specialty subcontractor may encounter. The project is a local reference, not a KLYX client or a claim that bid packages are currently available.

Keep the phase, room, and revision together.
For a convention, hospitality, or occupied-interior package, a direction can apply to one area while the next area still follows an earlier release. Your workflow should identify the phase, room or zone, drawing revision, approved finish, and person responsible. That is the operational question we test against your records; it is not a claim about any named project’s requirements.
Track punch work and remobilization separately from original installation. A ceiling or finish crew returning to an area needs the current instruction. The office needs to know whether a return is included work, a potential extra, or an unresolved question. Keep the supporting record attached to that decision.
Equipment can remain committed to a later phase even when the main crew leaves. Record that commitment and an expected return instead of marking every unattended lift available. A useful equipment register explains the next decision and the person who can verify it.
Nevada: payment and lien records are different workflows.
NRS 624.624 addresses payments and withholding between higher-tier contractors and lower-tier subcontractors. NRS 108.245 addresses notice of right to lien. Keep payment applications, withholding correspondence, and notice records accessible without treating one as a substitute for the others.
KLYX can organize the administrative record and review queue. A qualified adviser determines the requirements for your contract and project, including applicable notices and timing. We do not turn a generic reminder into legal advice or calculate a Nevada deadline from memory.
